I worked on several zoning amendments that contained form-based provisions as a Senior Planner at the Municipality of Anchorage. As part of my work on a larger amendment to the Downtown Zoning Districts, I developed an illustration of the tower design requirements contained in Table 21.11-5 (Building Tower Bulk) to improve understanding of those requirements.
This visualization was included in a zoning text amendment that was adopted in spring 2020.
