As a Senior Planner at the Municipality of Anchorage, I worked on several zoning amendments that contain form-based provisions. I have developed illustrations to allow for easier interpretation of these provisions, including the one below that I created to illustrate the building tower bulk design requirements contained in an update of Anchorage's downtown zoning districts that the Anchorage Assembly adopted in spring 2020. The building tower bulk standards that this diagram illustrates is provided below the image as well.
