I managed the initial phases of the City of Fort Lauderdale's $1.5 million Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) grant, which the City received from the Federal Transit Administration for TOD planning in support of a downtown light rail streetcar ("The Wave").
Among other efforts, as project manager I developed the RFP for the TOD grant, coordinated with internal and external stakeholders, managed the grant budget, and created informational materials. The below map/infographic is an example of one of the visual materials I created to highlight key components of the project.
