As a Senior Planner with the Municipality of Anchorage, I performed a variety of GIS analyses for zoning text amendments intended to implement the Anchorage 2040 Land Use Plan.
The result of the analysis shown below is a map that visualizes parcel characteristics. The analysis was conducted in support of an a zoning text amendment to promote compact infill housing in Anchorage's medium-density R-2A, R-2D, and R-2M zoning districts.
